WDTV Wireless HDMI Thoughts or Recommendations?

Hey Everyone,

I'm moving to a new place soon and I'll have the space to put my PC in a separate office room, but when gaming or watching movies etc, I prefer to use my Plasma TV and Surround system. Rather than start punching holes in the walls and running cables, I've been thinking of going with a wireless HDMI system and switching Monitor modes when needed.

Has anyone used or tinkered with any of these (Western Digital WDTV, Asus, IOGear, Belkin, etc). I'm reading some positive reviews, some mixed. It'll only be going across about 30-40 feet, with possibly one interior apartment wall. I'm curious to know how people have found these units in terms of reception, lag, performance.
