Default Monitor ordeal

Hey First time here but reason I'm here is I'm in a dilemma of choosing a monitor. I'm giving my current one to my GF when her PC comes in soon and I'm looking to buy one soon. These are the 2 that I'm sorta stuck with:

Acer GD235HZ bid vs BenQ RL2450HT in Computer Monitors

or for seperation:

Amazon.com: BenQ RL2450HT Professional Gaming Monitor: Electronics

Newegg.com - Acer GD235HZbid Black / Orange 23.6" 2ms(GTG) HDMI Widescreen 1080p NVIDIA LCD 120Hz 3D Monitor 300 cd/m2 ACM 80000:1

I play a bit of everything; CS:S, CS:GO, BF2, BF3, Warhammer, WoW, Starcraft soon, L4D, etc. Mostly FPS and i read that 120hz monitors are different and smoother then a 60hz. If anyone would help it would be awesome lol Having a hard time here (Spent 2 days on this so far). To also point out my monitor atm is a DELL SP2009W. More info on what I'm looking for is a 24inch (23.6 is fine), 1920x1080, and with a 2ms or 5ms. Sorry for the long post but better then having no info on what I'm looking for.

That price seems high for the Acer Acer GD235HZ Bid 23.6IN 3D Ready 120HZ Widescreen LCD Monitor 1920X1080 80000:1DC 2MS DVI HDMI This is the one i would recommend for gaming at 1080p depending on your budget BenQ XL2420T 24IN 120HZ LCD Monitor LED 1080p 2MS Lightboost 2XHDMI Display Port HAS 3D Vision

Was thinking about that one. Any difference between the XL2420T or the TX version?

Only difference i believe is that the TX comes with 3d glasses and the t doesn't.

Note that if your GPU isn't powerful enough to drive the fps to 120 it's slightly pointless... What card do you have?
