I scored a Samsung 305t on Kijiji for $300, I'd suggest patience and that route.

dell or HP, no question. Direct Dial is the place to purchase such things. or direct from Dell if want to go that route.

Service at Direct Dail is brutal. I'd deal with Dell before I dealt with them again, lol... ;)

The LG Q27 panel is the highly regarded 27 inch used for all the top brand 27" IPS monitors.

The Korean brands are the most inexpensive way to get your hands on a Q27 panel monitor. The Yamakasi, Achieva and Crossover ones are $315-500 shipping included(no tax and no eco-fee) on ebay and are very well reviewed.

Our HWC thread on is CATLEAP-Q270-LED-2560X1440 $400
The last page has a 10e's review.

Slik, your link didn't work. This one? Buy the Hannspree HZ281HPB 28 Widescreen LCD Monitor at TigerDirect.ca

It's a 16:10 monitor which is good, but not much of an upgrade from a 24" 1920x1080.

That's the one. For the price,I would say that's one hell of an upgrade.

You won't notice a difference when gaming that's for sure. Not much,if any difference doing anything else with it either. I had a Dell 30 inch TN panel, and that thing was excellent.
