Default Dell UltraSharp U2312HM, 23” Monitor Review Comment Thread

Dell's UltraSharp monitor lineup is full of high end products that boast high quality and equally lofty prices. However, their new U2312HM breaks that mold by offering an IPS panel on a reasonably sized screen at a budget friendly price.

Well I just bought this monitor last week. It still hasn't shipped from Dell (I'm importing it from the US) but I'm very eager to use it.

I went for this since the U2412M was not being offered in my country and the 2410 was, well... pricey. I'm happy you reviewed this monitor and happier with the review conclusions.

$200!?!

Judging by how much AkG loves this thing, I can't pass that up. My girlfriend needs a new monitor.

Bought and shipped to my US address!!!

I have one as well... it's super nice for the price and the height adjustment options are terrific.

bought this recently of craigslist for 230.
colors are really good but i find the brightness needs getting used to after using a tn panel for so long..

i dont really play fps games but in games such as dota, there is no lag/blurring at all.

I don't know if World of Tanks counts as fps, but I play that with my 2312HM. No lag at all. I personally found the monitor to be too bright even at lowest setting.

Color reproduction is terrific (I do graphics work at for school).

@ chubaka... that seems a wee bit expensive for a second hand monitor (I'm assuming). Dell usually sells them for $199 (when they have sales) + tax. Shipping is usually included.
