Default Wall mount advice

Hello,

My gf would like to have a wall mount for a her VW266H (25.5in and about 18 pounds) monitor, she would like to have an arm to pull it towards her and to be able to turn it (I believe its pan) at least 90 degrees.

I have looked at Monoprice and while I love the prices, I can't seem to find what I would require. I believe this Ergotron MX wall mount LCD arm would fit the bill, but first I'd like some input.

Thanks,

take a pic of the wall where your going to mount ?

The sleek MX LCD Arm accommodates mid-sized displays and all-in-one computers weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kgs). for sure you have to screw in stud not drywall to mount this........if where you want it, no stud, gonna have to cut drywall and put enforcements between 2x4 stringers and tape a new picse of drywall

if brick need good lag screws

I can handle the mounting on a stud... but the wall mount will work for what I need and there are no other suggestions ?

Personally, I'd go for a desk mounted monitor arm, but Monoprice does have some wall mounts which allow rotation. I've been wanting to try some of Monoprice's offerings, but never found a good excuse yet.

For only $13.92 each when QTY 50+ purchased - Adjustable Tilting Wall Mount Bracket for LCD LED (Max 33Lbs, 13~23inch) - Silver | LCD Wall Mount Brackets

For only $17.34 each when QTY 50+ purchased - 3 Way Adjustable Tilting Wall Mount Bracket for LCD LED (Max 33Lbs, 10~25inch) - Black (No Logo) | LCD Wall Mount Brackets
