Default Need best 3D monitor for under 560 Canadian.

I am going to be returning my Sony 24 Inch 3D LED monitor that I just picked from Walmart about two weeks ago. I think I am paying almost a 200 Dollar premium just for two person full screen feature that i will never use. So why not get a nice 27 Inch 3D monitor for about the same price?
Problem is that I know nothing about 3D tv, Or Monitors at all. So I am asking the powers that be for the advice that is needed to fare this sea of plastic. I am a gamer mostly. sometimes I watch a movie. But I want this monitor for gaming first and foremost. It can be a 24 inch too. I just want a better bang for my buck. I think sony is charging alot for a 24 inch monitor.

Well, you could always get it again, but on Boxing Day. It's going for 299.99 then at Best Buy.

Or put the extra into a superb "2D" monitor since 3D at this stage is pretty much a marketing scam (IMHO)
