Default Thunderbolt Monitors

Does anyone know if there is a company other than Apple that is making monitors with Thunderbolt input/output so a couple could be daisy-chained? I'm not keen on spending 1k each to get them from Apple.

Are you using an Apple computer w/ Thunderbolt? Either way I have my doubts.

Yeah, I'll probably be getting a new MacBook Pro (with thunderbolt) for work, but don't want to give up my 3 monitor setup.

I haven't been able to find anything on google other than the Apple ones.

Currently thunderbolt monitors are only available from apple. And its likely to be that way for another year yet. If you are planning on buying a macbook pro, it will only power two additional monitors beyond its own.

Thanks. I think I'll just have to get a monitor stand that'll hold up the laptop so I can still have "3" screens while at my desk.
