New TV or Monitor?

I'm looking to buy a second monitor that will be used as a TV too.

I currently have this one on the top of my list: Samsung P2370HD

I like the fact it does have an RCA input so I could plug either my N64 or GC, even if it might be fugly.
I have a 20$ gift card @ NCIX, and i'll probably wait for a free shipping deal whenever it shows up in a sale. (I'm not in a hurry)

I've read quite good reviews on this monitor too. As I'm not too picky, I think it will suit me just fine, but i'dd like to know i'dd be better looking at similarly price 23' tvs? (have yet to find one)

I'dd like to stay around 250$ (can add 5% for tax)

Are there some better deals I'm missing?
