Looking to replace H233H

Im looking to replace my old Acer H233H, it takes almost until windows boot to become responsive (iv learned to mash delete on power on if I need BIOS lol...), so im looking for a more responsive, and preferably sharper or brighter (LED is temping as hell). Im looking for somthing in the 23-25 inch section and probably under $250 or so.

Sofar these tempt me:

BenQ V2410 24in Widescreen LED LCD w/ HDMI at Memory Express Computers
Asus VW266H 25.5in Widescreen LCD, Black w/ HDMI, Component, Speakers at Memory Express Computers

Any ideals (gotta be memoryexpress, iv got some store credit there atm).
