Samsung E2320X - good for gaming?
hey everyone, I was looking at this monitor:

NCIX.com - Buy Samsung E2320X 23IN Widescreen LCD Monitor 1920X1080 5ms 16:9 70000:1DC DVI VGA - LS23CLZSFV/ZA In Canada.

It seems pretty affordable (I can get it for $170) and after taxes its gonna be like $200 anyways, which is pretty much my limit.

So what does you guys think, is it good for gaming? Specifically with a PS3?

Also, would anyone happen to have recommendations on a comparable monitor for the price? Thanks.

you cant put it against 400 dollar units, but vs 'older' sammys? sure. i like mine better than the 24 it just replaced.

now, i dont game, but run demo apps in 3d of course, so far i havent seen anything out the ordinary/bad, especially for the price bracket.

A P2370 would only be $30 more.

Do you think that would be a better buy?

let me look it up.

woops, really sorry. That was a typo.

The model is actually just called P2370. It's also a Samsung.

aha. based on published specs? 20-30 dollar difference i say its worth it. but then again you fall into acer 24 inch price territory.

edit : my memory..lol...i actually saw it in the store side by side, they had 3dmark..03? running, i dont remember seeing a difference but then again im blind sometimes :p
