Default PX2370 LED Monitor

Hello everyone,

I am thinking of getting the PX2370 23" monitor due to the fact that it uses an LED backlight and looks nice. My current monitor is a Samsung T240 which is a 24" monitor. My question is will I even notice the loss of one inch or is that one less inch worth giving up for the quality and low power consumption of LED? Does anybody know of any good 24" LED monitors out there right now besides the LG?

I will admit this....I am a HUGE Samsung fan so you know that I will say Samsung. LOL!!!!!

Take a look at that model in a local store and see what you think of it.

On a side note.....Let me know if you want to get rid of that T240......I have a perfect mate for it...another T240!!! LOL!!!!!

I will admit to that I am a big fan of Samsung so I probably wont go for another brand anyways. I have looked at it in the store and dont see to much of a difference in size. Sorry Digikid, I wont be getting rid of the T240, I would end up using it on my other pc to watch tv.

Default Bad stand

Yeah its 23 inches and thats why it wobbles. The stand is too thin compared to the width of the screen. May order the Dell U2410 thats on sale for 499. Thats like about nearly twice what i payed for the Samsung...

Unless you are specifically looking for certain features that the u2410 has (16:10, extended color space, etc.), I'd suggest looking at the much cheaper u2311h instead (at $250 each, you could buy two for the same price). The u2410 is considerably more expensive, yet is worse in many areas, overall I feel the u2311h is a better monitor.

I just got 3 U2410's a week or two ago and love them . I have had viewsonics ,sammy's, Acers etc and these are really nice monitors and don't be fooled by the 6 MS response time they game just fine ,nice and smooth and no lag.

Default Good deal

Thanks Ill look at the other Dell 2311 monitor. Thing is I got a good deal on the Px2370. The girl at Bestbuy couldnt get my $10 off coupon to work so she took off $50 from the $309 price tag plus tax. But the dell still sounds cheaper. I just wish the samsung had a better stand and it would be a keeper!
