Default Dual 1080p on Windows 7, multi monitor noob

Hey guys I just got my 2nd 1080p monitor 5 mins ago () and I've heard about display fusion and multimon etc.. but I was wondering if Windows 7 native provides any of these features, such as a dual 1080p wallpaper spanning 2 monitors? How would I go about making windows snap to the edges of the screen, including the midle bezel? Does anyone know a good calibration utility to synch both my monitors? I've got a Viewsonic and a sceptre, both DVI on a 4870. Thanks.

I had a good rant, thinking you had the card in your specs., but 3rd party is the way with Ati.

Well I have windows 7 and I still use Ultramon. Really it still gives you way more control and allows proper spanning of wallpaper.

Now that said if anyone knows how to get it so it can snap to the middle bezel I would like to know how, but I don't think you can. I know I would use it at work where I have 3 monitors hooked up, also win 7 and Ultramon
