Advice needed for a 22" - 24" LCD monitor

Hey guys,

I have patiently waited to see if Dell's 2209WA monitors would end up on sale during their 11 days of deals, and so far, nothing.

In the event that this monitor doesn't go on sale, I need advice on what monitor to get.

I do have a few criterias the monitor must possess :

- Between 22" & 24"
- DVI input
- good for gaming (FPS, RTS, RPG)
- 229$ or less (on sale, I guess)
- tilt and pivot are welcome, but not mandatory
- no speakers or usb hub required

Can you guys recommend me something?

I've always had good luck with LG monitors. Futureshop has a couple 22"/24" ones that are around your price range. Might get lucky with a boxing day sale on one of them.

I have two 20" LGs and two 22" Acers...the LGs are much nicer, imo.

Edit:
Theres a 21.5" LG as well, that looks pretty good.
