New monitor

I'm building a new budget computer and I'm thinking of replacing the old monitor I was originally planning to keep. I'm looking for something in the 21-23" range (ideally 22 so its 16:10 for gaming). Is there anything out there for $200 or less (before tax) that's especially good? Personally I don't really notice the difference between 5ms vs 2ms and 40000:1 vs 20000:1 and TN vs PVA.
