I found another TV: Costco - SAMSUNG® LN32B460 32-in. LCD HDTV

Is it better than the other TV's i choose on page 1?

well i wood pay the xtra $150;00 and get the 1080 ver samy ln32b530,or sony bravia kdl32s5100,sharp 32" 6 series is $750;00 now .or another 1 i found at visions $746;00 lg 32lh30. ive never seen any of these lcds in person but the specs r prety good

1920/1080 is well worth the xtra cash,u never no when yull want 2 use it as a comp moniter,beter 4 hd boxes,and xbox ect

wiat 4 a sale im sure they will have 1 soon and the 1080 will b atleast 150;00 off.u wont regret getin a 1080 but i think yull regret the 1366x720 down the road

It's not even 1366x720, it's 1366x768, which has nothing to do with either 1280x720 (720p) or 1920x1080 (1080i/1080p) or even 640x480 (480p). Everything would need scaling in some direction, and scaling does tend to cause distortion.

I can't ever figure out why so many mid sized TVs use that stupid 1366x768 resolution other than it happens to be 1024x768 made wider to be 16:9 aspect. makers of cheap consumer goods.

that is y im sugesting a higher end t.v 2, bcause when u have 2 use widescreen setting 2 stretch the picture the higher end lcd's have no noticable blurring or disstortion of the i q
