If you were building a SFF Lanbox out of these two boards which would pick and why?

I'd pick the second simply because of the XFire Support and the newer/better Chipset.

I'll second the vote for the P5K-VM on the overclocking side. First mATX board I ever saw which would OC decently.

As far as X-Fire goes.... not a lot of room in a proper SSF build to deal with that kind of heat. I'd go with a better single card solution.

Personally I like the Silverstone Sugo much better for a Lanbox.
