Nothing a backing plate won't fix. In fact, considering the larger socket area, that's more leverage against the socket area, so a backing plate is going to be even more important with these boards.
*Insert typical comment on Gigabyte colour scheme here*. Overall, looks quite interesting, although the waterblock has a sort of cheapish look to it, and I'd rather the center chipset block have some fins to improve air cooling a little more.
