Default mATX overclocking

hey is there any motherboard that is microATX form factor, takes socket 775 supports conroe or wolfdale but also has the ability to overclock and set RAM dividers? not worried about voltage adjustment, just looking for a 200mhz or so OC on a low end C2D for my girlfriend's parents...i don't buy mATX boards cause in my experience they don't overclock well, if at all...i know foxconn boards will overclock a tiny bit, but none have had memory frequency adjustments...i've used matx foxconn boards for s478 and s939...

My System Specs

I think nearly any board will do a 200MHz OC.

The Asus P5E-VM HDMI is rather expensive so it might be out of budget. You could look at G31 boards by Gigabyte though as they are much more affordable.
