Default FSB AND MEMORYS TIMINGS (need expert help)

Where do i change FSb frequency?
An wherer do i put ram module's timings and speed(mhz)

The Screen i am getting is attached(please take a look)

Cpu ratio is the cpu multiplier?


P.S. I am using Asus Rampage extreme.

You seem to be on auto-try changing DRAM timing to manual by pressing enter then it should open things up for you.

Take at look at this guide it will give you some idea of ASUS terminology and basic settings for overclocking:

Be sure to follow the suggestions for disabling some of the cpu features otherwise you wont get very far on FSB overclocking. Im assuming the auto feature on the rampage extreme will take care of GTL reference voltages and the like while you get a feel for RAM timings, straps and FSB overclocking.
