Default How well does the XEON 3070 Overclock in general?

So if the XEON 3070 is basically a E6700 @2.66Ghz, I should be able to hit 3.2Ghz fairly easy compared to pushing my E6400 to 3.2Ghz right?
I have been looking around on the Web and can't seem to find very many articles showing how well the XEON 3070 Overclocks.
I realize it is a server chip to begin with, But it should Overclock Fairly easy right?
My E6400 has been Overclocked to 3.1Ghz for quite a while now, I think almost 8 months of 24/7 use. And I have had to bump the V.Core up a notch twice to keep it stable since I already Verified that it was Rock stable. So I know that the High Overclock my E6400 is at, It is only a matter of time before it Fries completely.
I am very happy to hear that the XEON chip will just drop right in my ASUS P5B.
So does anyone know for sure if these XEON chips Overclock better or Worse than a Regular C2D chip?
Thanx people for your help

The 775 C2D/Q Xeons clock pretty much exactly the same as their non-Xeon counterparts. If you want to see approximately how much you can get out of it, look around for E6700 overclocks and your's will be similar.
