Default My old AMD Duron Rig

I miss my old AMD Duron 800Mhz rig. That system rocked. It was my first PC build and my first shot at OCing back in 2001. The system is still going today. Of course now a days it's not used for gaming anymore.
Here was the setup:

CPU: AMD Duron 800MHz Spitfire @ 1020MHz - 102 x 10
Motherboard: Asus A7V133 VIA KT133 - Award Medallion BIOS 6.00
Memory: 512MB Crucial PC133 SDRAM 2x256MB CL2
Video Card: Asus V7100 Pro GeForce2 MX-400 64MB
Sound Card: SoundBlaster Live Value
Hard Drive: Samsung SpinPoint 10GB 5400rpm IDE
OS: Windows 2000 SP4

I unlocked the processor by filling in L1 & L2 bridges with the old graphite pencil trick. I was able to get it to run stable at 1020MHz 102 x 10. To cool it I ran a Thermaltake Super Mini Orb heatsink. That thing sounded like a Cessna it was so loud.

So what was your first AMD rig you built and what do you remember about it? Is it still running today?

My System Specs

Default

I had one of the early (K4?... I think it was the 166 clone) pentium chips before AMD was big enough to rate their own sockets.

The main thing I remember about that was how brutal ripping an mp3 was (took well over an hour per track).

The coders who produced the mp3 software apparently used an undocumented (not supported) call from the pentium class chips which the AMD didn't have so all of the work had to be done software rather than hardware.
