Default bios setting

Hi,
in the bios i have an option called "EIST" should i disable this or enable it?
I have an E8400 running at stock speeds.

Default

This lowers your multiplier and voltage when there is low usage of your CPU. Most overclockers disable this, but it is fine to leave enabled for stock operation.

I will disable it i guess , i don`t think it should give me problems?

One more question=) the option plug and play O/S should i set this to NO in bios with windows xp?

Should be yes to allow the mainboard and OS to talk to each other WRT plug and play hardware resources.

Yea EIST is baiscally a "power saving" option, good blurb on it here:

It just saves you power when your CPU is idle, at stock run it, with oc turn it off.
