Did you mean that 500W is not enough for this system? Should I have a look at something like your CZ GameXstream 600W PSU?
I don't know maybe you are right and i shouldn't count each buck since i've decided to build a good system. i'm just trying to be reasonable.
I planned do not overstep the limit of 1200-1300 including monitor and speakers. The monitor i've chosen is Samsung 226BW 22 1680/1050 2ms (instead of TV:) like home theater). Now it's 300 after 30 rebate.
So, may be a good choice of PSU are those recommended in SKYMTL's 500W psu review
FSP Group (Fortron Source) Blue Storm II 500 ATX 2.2V 500W Power Supply 100 - 240 V UL, CSA, VDE, NEMKO, CNS, CE, CB, FCC - Retai
or
SILVERSTONE ST50EF-Plus ATX 12V 2.2 500W Power Supply 100 - 240 V - Retai

Skip the OCZ and get one of the 2 you have listed. They both have much more power than you'll need. I love the Silverstone Element myself and it will run X1950 Crossfire, nevermind a single X1950. Too many people overGUESStimate power supply needs. 500W is plenty. I will be running 7900 GTO SLI with my Silverstone and I am 110% positive I will have more than enough juice. I have run many many dual card rigs in the past. The ONLY dual card setup out right now that needs more power is 8800GTX SLI. Element for the win.

Yep, the silverstone should be fine.

It's a tried and tested PSU.

In the Mobo's spec it's written that - Memory Standard DDR2 800. Does that mean it's compatble only with DDR2 800 memory? Or it just says it cannot support memory over than 800?

Thank you very very much!!! Special thanks to sswilson!
It's clear that questions were naive - so particularly i appreciate that you could find the time to answer.
I think Ive finished with that i mentioned above.
But if you still have any comments they are welcome.
Once more time thanks to everybody who takes part in discussion.

Glad to hear that we could help.

No such thing as asking too many questions (as long as there isn't a faq with the questions already asked and answered.... :) ). Better that you ask the questions now rather than after you've made your purchases.

Let us know how you make out with your build.

Great system!- have you already bought it? or are you going to pick up a e6420 instead of the e6400 now that they're out?
