Did you mean that 500W is not enough for this system? Should I have a look at something like your CZ GameXstream 600W PSU?
I don't know maybe you are right and i shouldn't count each buck since i've decided to build a good system. i'm just trying to be reasonable.
I planned do not overstep the limit of 1200-1300 including monitor and speakers. The monitor i've chosen is Samsung 226BW 22 1680/1050 2ms (instead of TV:) like home theater). Now it's 300 after 30 rebate.
So, may be a good choice of PSU are those recommended in SKYMTL's 500W psu review

Skip the OCZ and get one of the 2 you have listed. They both have much more power than you'll need. I love the Silverstone Element myself and it will run X1950 Crossfire, nevermind a single X1950. Too many people overGUESStimate power supply needs. 500W is plenty. I will be running 7900 GTO SLI with my Silverstone and I am 110% positive I will have more than enough juice. I have run many many dual card rigs in the past. The ONLY dual card setup out right now that needs more power is 8800GTX SLI. Element for the win.

I found this CORSAIR 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM Dual Channel - Retail
by the price after rebate even cheaper than #3 - should i change it?

I have another week before purchase and building. So, please, post your final comments.
Still i worry about Zalman and case compatibility - i think i'll have to remove side air duct to be able to install zalman.
What do you think about silverstone case fan - does it do its job properly?

Is there anything esle what should i know before purchasing???

In the Mobo's spec it's written that - Memory Standard DDR2 800. Does that mean it's compatble only with DDR2 800 memory? Or it just says it cannot support memory over than 800?

Thank you again. I haven't bought it yet. I was going to order in comming monday... But now i'd like to wait for e6420 will appear on newegg.
For sure I'll let you know if i succeed with my build and also if i don't:):)
