Default Isn't the CPU 65/45W part?

Your chart states 95W configurable but I think its suppose to be 65/45 W configurable. Am I wrong?

95W is the actual TDP and it is configurable to 65W and 45W, as are most other APUs.

Ok. Ty. Reason why I say that is cause AMD's own website shows 65/45W and not 95W. Also other sites mention that its a 65W part not a 95w configurable

The document AMD sent to the press is a bit misleading on that point. Instead of listing the actual TDP, all they listed for a number of APUs was "OPTIMIZED (45W)". They're deftly avoiding listing actual TDP's because their products compare unfavorably to Intel's in that metric.

It's marketing mumbo jumbo; the A10-7800 is a 95W part and operates at that rate when performing at its highest level. We have confirmed that fact with the information AMD gave to one of the largest system builders and to motherboard manufacturers for qualification testing.

System builders will HARD LOCK these configurable TDP parts to meet either the 95W, 65W or 45W spec. They CANNOT be user-modified when buying a prebuilt system.
