imho it sounds like you were quite disappointed with this product and from the looks of it , its another flashy underperforming evga motherboard for premium dollars.

I'm just surprised it didn't have kingpin written on it somewhere :P

It reads like it's been edited for fluff to not PO a vendor. Sad very sad hope EVGA can turn it around.

Yeah the price is just too much for something that is offering less than the average of the competition, feature and performance-wise.

Did they at least fire the old bios team? Or they still stuck with old problematic team from before? Till they clean house get new group wont touch another evga motherboard.

How so? EVGA did many things right with this board and the evolution of its BIOS shows that they're dedicated to addressing the initial issues. Overclocking is also quite good, just not up to the Impact's abilities.

One of the things to remember about these smaller boards is there are only so many things to comment about since they're space-limited. That means less features and especially a lot less critique can be leveled at things like layout, rear panel connectivity, etc.

As was said; this isn't a bad product by any stretch of the imagination but competitors have set the bar so high that it falls behind in some key areas.

Not sure what else could have been said.
