MPower post LED's... More than just for errors

I don't why I never noticed this before, but the post LED's on my MSI MPower MB actually double as a CPU temp display. I've double checked these readings against some software readings, and they seem to be really accurate. And since I'm in the middle of fan swaps and adjustments on my rig, this comes as a very welcome surprise! It's very convenient to be able to glance at your rig next to you and see the CPU temp while in game or without launching any software. It begs the question: why don't more boards have this??

I am pretty sure my Asus Z9PE-D8 WS does this for the post code LCD.

My Old EVGA X58 Board did that as well. Its pretty cool,

Love that feature of this board. I personally think this is the best looking board out there right now too, especially with a 680 Lightning with it.

Yeah, I think this is fairly common now, isnt it? But yes, I love my M-Power board. Amazing value for the dollar.

SR2 has that feature too, though for accuracy it'll pass... shows 61C, when Coretemp shows 69C.

My HA-07-Ultra has this also but as 3.0 mentioned for me it reads the CPU socket not core temps, so roughly 10c off.

Still always thought it was a handy feature wayyy back when I ran AMD.

I love this feature on the Mpower as well. I rarely ever use realtemp anymore I just glance over to my side and check out the temps. :)

Agreed, the Mpower is filled to the rim with features for the price.
