Heat sink and fan selection for Intel Pentium D 915...

I finally decided to break down and spend a few bucks to upgrade my computer.

I had a P4 1.8ghz. (Northwood??) w/ 512kb l2 cache
Via Main board
and 2X512 megs DDR400 memory (forced to run at 266mhz. Mobo limit)
ati64 meg, 4X AGP card

I was only ever able to overlock this set up to a STABLE 2.08ghz. MY Mobo was less then ideal for overclocking - CMOS was very limited. I have some sort or Thermal Take Copper Heat sink and fan on the CPU.


I recently purchaced the following:
ECS P4M800PRO-M (V2.0) - new
Intel Pentium D 915 Processor (2.8ghz, 4 megs cache, 800mhz fsb) - Used
NVIDIA GeForce FX6200 256 MB 8X AGP - New
(Ebay)

I purchased these parts as a "Cheap" Upgrade. I plan to use old memory for now. (Can upgrade to DDR2 later on with my new Mobo)


I need to purchase a CPU heat sink and fan. I would like to purchase something at a reasonable price (I am a college student), that is efficient enough to allow me to over clock my computer. I am sure I will end up trying to overclock this computer after a while.

ALSO I do not currently have the stock CPU heat sink and or fan.

Are any of the following acceptable for mild (to moderate?) overclocking? Also - Noise is NOT really a concern.

The last two cost more then I would preffer to spend; but I am willing to spend the money on the "Right" Parts for the job.

I am of course open to other suggestions (looking for effective yet inexspensive :) Again Noise is not a concern (although quiet can be nice)

It's widely drecognised as the best and quiestest for the money

I'm not expecting much in teh way of OC'ing. But I'm sure that I will want to try anyway lol... :)
