mascotzel, my gigabyte board is all usb 3 but backward compatible, assuming this one is similar.

So far I had an ASUS m4a890 and now a gigabyte z68xp-ud4, and a basic MSI H61M-P31--G3 for a sandy bridge celeron

Not sure what I'll get for haswell, I'll keep an open mind but price and reliability are my main concerns, as long as it has PCIe3.0 x8/x8 and can OC
