Default i5 3570k SR0T7 vs SR0PM

Anyone have any experience with the SR0T7 model? Any other differences besides the igpu? These are rather cheap on eBay so If that's the only issue and they still oc well I may have to grab one.

My System Specs

Default

The SR0T7 is a 3570, and the SR0PM is a 3570K according to Intel.

SR0T7 = ARK | Intel® Core? i5-3570 Processor (6M Cache, 3.40 GHz)

SR0PM = ARK | Intel® Core? i5-3570K Processor (6M Cache, up to 3.80 GHz)
