Default Smartphone System Monitoring App

Are there apps out there that monitor your system's

-CPU temps (highest temperature out of all cores is fine)
-CPU clockspeed
-CPU usage (%)
-RAM usage (total system usage is fine; per process breakdown is not necessary, but would be nice)
-GPU temps
-GPU clockspeed
-GPU usage (%)

other requirements:

-updates in real-time (as fast as my G15 does)

not required, but nice:

-out of home monitoring (as opposed to when the device is next to your monitor)
-supports more than one OS (i have both android and iOS devices and it would be nice to be able to use either).

My System Specs

ASUS has one for their boards and Percisionx both are Bluetooth apps and I believe both work on IOS and Android ..

I haven't really looked into this in awhile so I don't know if there is any others also I am pretty sure the ASUS one works only with certain motherboards .

So I'm using Core Temp Monitor at the moment and it's working pretty fine. Haven't tested it it from out of the house, but on a LAN, it works.

Speed is great. It doesn't show GPU stuff, but that's fine in the end.

I used this guide to set things up: ALCPU Forums • View topic - Core Temp Monitor
