Default Help with mobo choice

I'm building a new computer (haven't done that in 20 years) based on i5-3450k with HD4000 graphics and SSD. I am not a gamer but I want a computer that is fast with USB3 and SSD. I would not install a graphics card for a while.

I was considering the gigabyte GA-Z77-DS3H or the asus P8Z77-V lx. I'm having a hard time deciding which to use. Don't want to spend a fortune (don't want to go ultra cheap either) but want a good board that is easy to setup.

Any help appreciated,

George

My System Specs

Default

The Asus board has that Q connector that makes attaching the cables to front panel a lot easier : like the power, reset, hdd light. None of the boards have VRM cooling however. Asus board has better placements for the SATA ports, 2 PCI E x16 ports, in case you want to install a RevoDrive to make it lightning fast. I would go with the Asus board.
