Asus P6T vs MSI X58M I have the opportunity to pickup an Asus P6T mobo dirt cheap and am wondering if its any better than my msi x58m that I am currently using? |
The P6T is better board, since it has 3 PCIe slots, more robust design, more cpu power phases, and more features than the msi board, etc. It may overclock cpu's a bit better than the msi, due to the additional phases, but who knows. Realistically, about the only advantage the P6T has is a 3rd PCIe slot for 3 way sli/xfire. If you can sell the msi after or have a use for it then I'd say go for it. |
Looks like someone grabbed it already. Too bad. It was only $20 on kijiji! |
