Although the board sports dual physical x16 slots, the bottom one runs at x4 and the H77 chipset to my knowledge does not support SLI/CrossFire. I would suggest looking at a Z77 board for overclocking and dual GPU setups, as the H77 is a mainstream platform.

I don't know that those boards will do SLI. It says that they support AMD Crossfire, which could mean a dual gpu card in the 1st slot or a second card in the bottom slot, but....

There is is only one true PCI Express slot on the board. The one on the bottom runs off the chipset @ 4X which isn't ideal for videocard use.

If you can afford a second video card I would really look at upgrading the motherboard to something that has two PCI Express slots that run at the proper bandwidth. Not sure if you need micro-ATX to fit a certain case but here:

MSI GD-55 atx form factor, $115 after MIR

ASRock Z77 Pro 3 $109

This one is micro atx form factor if that is what you need:

Gigabyte Sniper 3 M3 mATX LGA1155 Z77 $174.99

That one also has an x4 secondary electrical connection, these are a few examples of what would be better suited for SLI depending on your budget. These are also micro-ATX boards much like what you have been looking at, with fairly reasonable prices.

Newegg.ca - ASUS Maximus IV Gene-Z/GEN3 LGA 1155 Intel Z68 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard (the newer model is even better, albeit more expensive)

Newegg.ca - ASRock Z77 Extreme4-M LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard

Newegg.ca - ASRock Z77 Professional-M LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard

Newegg.ca - MSI Z77MA-G45 LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard with UEFI BIOS
