My System Specs

Default Which i5-3570K Batch To Keep?

So I was able to pick up two Core i5-3570K from Micro Center... Which batch should I keep? One is 3220B501 and is made in Costa Rica with a 77W rating, while the other is L206B682 and is made in Malaysia with a 95W. I haven't found anything on Google, but I did find Ivy Bridge i5 3570K/i7 3770K batch and o/c results which is good, but doesn't seem to have my batch numbers.

AnandTech forums says the days of picking a specific batch are long gone, and that just choose whichever I want and have fun.

honestly I have not heard a thing about batches on the latest gen of CPU. I think its going to be luck of the draw. I thought with the i5/i7 3xxx cpu they are all 77w despite some boxes saying 95w....doesn't make much sense to me, but I know I read it on one of the more reliable hardware sites. Good luck with picking a good one.
