1.45??? thats way to high for a 3770k. The MAX that chip should run at is 1.3 or lower on air cooling and even water

dude even on water thats just pushing to hard on that chip for me it may not be for you but the performance you get outta of it is almost no increase for all that heat drop it down to 4.5,4.6 and a nice low voltage my 2 cents

IE this is why i got outta the 3770k-3750k and socket 1155 for overclocking heat was just killer when now i am running a 3820 at 5.0@1.44 and my temps are all under 80c like i said it wont kill your chip tonite but given a few months or years and that thing is cooked

then it not stable it's that simple sorry man you would have to list all your specs and the voltages your using to get your overclock.

edit if you havent taken the time to work out if it's the overclock well that would be the first place to start remove your oc and run it at stock and see if you have the same problems if so re-install the games and start fresh. first things first

edit

ok you asnwered my question before i posted.

maybe your cpu can't do 5ghz or you need different settings to achieve stabilty, or you just need more cold.

wanting something doens't make it so
