nope for it (ivy bridge) i go with anything under 80c is fine.
Anything over ( even though it's thermal trip doesn't kick in till well over 90 ) is just slowly helping kill the chip

It's kinda like your car sitting still running at 3500 rpm not bad for it but not a smart thing to do for hrs/days/months/years as if it would ever get that far lol i think you get my point but 70 is wicked for a decent temp if your oc is nice what are you getting for ghz at those temps

edit to add from what i have seen and heard 5ghz is pretty rare fro ivy bridge without extreme cooling may just sell your ivy and get yourself a 2600k whick most will do with some easier then others most i found all sandy bridge hit 5ghz easier then ivy

wow 1.5v thats wayyy toooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo high. Instead manually overclocking, use the asus overclocking utility. It's really good.

How are you getting those temps at that voltage? what cooling? because air cooling cannot (at least acording to the numerous reviews) keep that chip cool at 4.7 let alone what your running. Also 4.9 shouldnt be possible at those voltages.

Edit: also the in the uploaders comments for the youtube link you posted the guy said that it wasnt stable at that voltage and clock speed

I have this processor stable in all games like ( bf 3 64 players multiplayer , spec ops the line , ghost recon future soldier ) ,first i overclocked it to 4.7 with 1.35 vcore using llc option to extreame and when push it to 4.9 at the same volt there is no is no stable , so i have to increase volt to 1.45 to be stable i ran bd 3 two hours the max temp of cores is 62 celisius and i have air conditioning in my room so the temp in my room is 17 , the only thing bad in ivy bridge is that the temp is not stable even in idle , i have
nocuta nh-d14 and it is better than any liquid cooling except corsair h100 , i overclocked it to 5 ghz with 1.5 v but the temp goes high so i redused the clock again to 4.9

sounds like your chip just wont do 5ghz stable without an extreme solution.1.5v is just asking to kill your chip fyi.
