Well, Asrock uses Asus parts for their motherboards. Asrock mobos are basically black and gold asus motherboards. My friend bought the exact motherboard you just posted about during a sale on NCIX and it's working wonders. |

50/50 for me.. both are good options, Asus is more reputable etc but the Asrock should perform slightly better... your preference is the decider.. |
