None of the above. First the RAM speed will probably give you marginal performance gain. Second, Piledriver is only a few months away so why invest in Bulldozer now which only run a bit faster than the 1100T. Unless you're running a X2 and can't / won't wait for Piledriver then FX8120 is reasonably priced. You may even find one around $160, depending on your location of course.

The next gen Piledriver CPU's will support your AM3+ socket, but until tech sites get a hold of one to officially benchmark (post NDA), I wouldn't hold my breath in regard to a noticeable performance increase over Bulldozer. AMD didn't drop out of the battle with Intel on the high end for no reason. Just sayin.

I'm assuming you're running a Phenom II 955 at stock clocks of 3.2GHZ? If so, you won't see any major differences going to bulldozer. Certainly not worth the $200 upgrade price to go to the 8120. If you go with the 6100 or lower, you may actually notice a decrease in performance, possibly substantially so with the 4100. I think your best bet is to buy a good cooler (H80) and try to overclock that sonofabitch to 4.0GHZ.

X2 on what abyss said. The bulldozers aren't a improvement on the equivalent phenoms so just keep what you have and either OC it or wait to see if PD is any better like it should be
