So far this is the best price for an X79 motherboard that I've seen that comes with an LGA2011 cooler.

Be warned though, after doing some quick research, apparently the supplied cooler is so large that if you have tall memory modules then you might not be able to use the two dimm slots closest to the cpu, and the motherboard apparently needs a bios flash right out of the box in order to work perfectly.
