Yes it does.... did you buy it second hand? it says so in the manual for the Mobo

For this mobo, only flash the bios using usb.

I upgraded the bios from windows and got 2 unexpected crashes and bricked the board as there is no dual bios. Mem express gave me a new one within ~ 10 min of being there so happy ending this time!
