Try Prime95. I would use the small FFTs setting on Prime95 to test stability of the CPU.

I think that there were concerns about potential degradation from using LinX or Prime95 as they push the chip hard and heat could be an issue. I would use AIDA64 or OCCT to be safe.

Ummm, no. Why in the world would anyone think you need to pass 12 hours of a synthetic torture test to prove real world reliability?
When I am overclocking all I need to do is get through 2 iterations of the torture test. If no errors pop up in any thread my system has always been stable, no crashes ever.

Of all stress test i've used (LinX, intel burn test, prime95, occt, orthos, y-cruncher), IBT at maximum nets me the highest temps and detect errors much faster (not meaning better) than others. I could prime95 for hours when IBT crashes in 30 minutes.

Anyway, for me, nothing is stable unless folding stable!
