Coolermaster Extreme Power 650w
4GB RAM (PC2 5300 I think)
So basically with a cheap HD and Mobo, I could set up a secondary folding rig and a backup rig.
I'm looking to spend as little as possible on this, but the mobo should be able to OC some. I'm still not sure if I'll even buy a monitor for it (unless I can find a nice cheap old CRT or something), just set it up and let it run and just check it periodically.
I'd probaly just install Linux as the OS.
The only thing I'd like is for the mobo to be able to somewhat oc the CPU, so I'd be willing to spend a bit more there.
Also, this stuff doesn't have to be new, so if anyone has anything they're looking to dump...let me know.
A DS3L would fit the bill for a mobo. If you're using it for backing up a bigger HD might be a good idea, of course it is a great place to throw all those smallish HDDs that most of us have lying around.
This might interest you, I've toyed around with a program called RealVNC - RealVNC remote control software. It's a remote desktop program that is pretty easy to setup and does what it's supposed to do and better yet it's free.
