Default Asus P9X79V Deluxe or the Rampage IV Formula??

I was wondering if anyone is using either Asus P9X79V Deluxe or the Rampage IV Formula? I'm considering a purchase and both boards have features I like, and dislike. The price is exactly the same on both.

Deluxe: 8 dimm slots, 2 LAN, Wifi & Bluetooth, SSD caching, but not an RoG board for the price. 16 phase

Formula: Soundblaster sound w/ gold connectors, RoG board quality..... but only 4 Dimms, 8 phase and no SSD caching

Any thoughts or preferences?

My System Specs

Maybe the Sabertooth? High grade components, 8 dimms, 14 phase, SSD catching, and comes cheaper than both.
But out of the two I'd get the P9X79V Deluxe. And you can always add on a sound card ;)

Take a look at the Pro variant of the board. The only feature it doesn't have is Bluetooth. Also, you can pick it up for $289.99.
