Default Asus P8Z77-v Deluxe, wifi capabilities?

Does anyone know if the Asus P8Z77-v Deluxe's wifi will allow a tablet or smartphone a connection to the internet? This would be great and would solve my basic needs, but I am not sure if it just allows you access files on your pc from a tablet or can provide a full access point?

I dont use my tablet much in the house now because my wifi router broke, this would save me money...so instead of buying a new wifi router, this Mobo will give my tablet internet access as well as be able to stream media. this is pretty sweet. Just connect my cable modem to my pc and go!! certainly solves my basic needs at the least.
