Default i7 3820 vs i7 3570k/3770k?

I am kind of unsure what I want to do right now. I decided I want to go ahead and build a new system but I am kind of stuck at what I want to go with for a CPU. I will be using this PC only for gaming. Also, I currently have an i7 960. Do you guys think there will be much of a performance change?

I'd wait for the reviews, it sounds like the Ivy Bridge chips might actually be a bit of a fail. Also, I don;t think you will notice much of a difference moving from an i7-960 in games. Upgrade your GPU if you think it's too slow right now.

For gaming, keep the 960. My QX9650 rocks every single game so far, and your 960 is 30~% faster so no worries there.

Boy, this comes up a lot. It's a Non-Disclosure Agreement. That means you CAN'T talk about it, including when it ends. The editorial staff don't even tell the moderators when these will end.

Well I guess I will just wait for a bit and see how things pan out when Ivy launches.

Wait till more reviews come out after the release. So far the reviews out there haven't looked good. Pretty much no performance or overclocking gain over Sandy Bridge, infact it didn't even do as good.
