Highest I went FSB wise on the E8400



and my Q6600 runs 485x8

OUCH...It seems like I'm being out-classed with my budget P35-DS3L....

I tried everything, but could not get anything over 520MHz....and that's not even stable! If only there were a few more tweaking options on this board.....!

Ps. Nice voltage on that E8400, TurtleTrax! Great for keeping it cool!

I could do 550MHz on my old P35-DQ6. I don't know high my P35-DSL3 will do because my memory is garbage. Pretty sure it will do 500MHz though.

4680...Just a suicide-shot... stable enough to tool around in Windows... but not benches

4698...Same on this one.. but both of these were on air.

Why only 500fsb? almost a hattrick but the E8400 just couldnt make it....
