X68 Vpro wont power up
 

Hey guys, last night i found out i had a dead PSU, so i replaced it today but I have an issue

My PC wont power up, the Vpro shows has lit power and reset lights but pressing them does nothing. Iv tried everything, all the cables are plugged in properly I have no idea whats up.

Nothign happens, no fans spinning, no start up, no beeps either from the mobo.
Replaced and reset battery as well.

I can flick the TPU switches and their led lights will turn on and stuff, how can i tell if a mobo has been killed/shorted?
