Default Ivy Bridge and Z77 Mobo's available in China

Can anyone read chinese?

This site is selling 3770k for US$450, 3570 $270 and various Z77 motherboards including the Asus p8Z77-V deluxe for $380. Can any confirm this isn't a pre-order? It looks for sale now.. according to chromes translate there are 94 3770k's in stock!!!
