ASUS Crosshair V Formula/ThunderBolt

I want to buy think motherboard but i have seen that there is a ASUS Crosshair V Formula/ThunderBolt in 300$ and theres a ASUS Crosshair V Formula(none ThunderBolt) in 240$...
What is this Tunderbolt and what does it gives?
Does it worth the extra 60$?

:)

If I am right I believe the Crosshair V formula does not have an included sound card. While the Crosshair V formula Thunderbolt has an included sound card/Lan combo. The $60 is essentially the included sound card/Lan combo.
Crosshair V
ASUS - Motherboards- ASUS Crosshair V Formula
Crosshair V thunderbolt.
ASUS - Motherboards- ASUS Crosshair V Formula/ThunderBolt

The Crosshair V formula does indeed have an onboard NIC and sound card. The thunderbolt is the addon card, and unless I am wrong, it blocks your top pci ex slot. From what I read, it isn't worth the extra money, I just bought the regular crosshair V board, and I couldn't be happier. Great board, will turn you into an Asus fanboy lol.
