Default Best BIOS Setting for Mobo P5K-E Wifi

Hello everyone,

Somebody knows what will be the perfect setting in BIOS for this MoBo in accordance with my rig. I am confused because some of the options that are on the manual are not actually appearing in the BIOS.
I do not want to OC at all. But I'd like to make sure that experienced people oriente me to not have any problem and take advantage of this PC, since it's been a headacke since I first started to build it.
- I do not want RAID so I supose I can disable J-Micron.
- I want AHCI to take advantage of SATA.
- I do not know what to do with Intell Robson Tech. I understand that it has to do with increasing speed. (It's disable as default).
- I do not know what is for: C1E support (it's enable as default)
- I do not know what is for: Max CPUID Value Limit (It's disable as default)
- Vanderpool Tech. is enable as default but I understood it was to be able to have 2 OS working at the same time as 2 virtual machine (not sure what's that mean), I want dual BOOT XP PRO 32 & VISTA Home Premium 64bit but I think I do not need this Vanderpool thing for that.(it's enable as default)
- I do not know what is for CPU TM Function: has to do with CPU Throttling(What is that)(it's enable as default)
- I do not know what is for Execute Disable Bit:.(it's enable as default)
- I do not know what is for Intel(R) SpeedStep (TM) Tech:(It's disable as default)
- Marvell GigaBit Lan: I suppose I can disable since I will use the Wifi (it's enable as default)
- I do not know what is for AddOn Rom Display Mode:(it's FORCE BIOS as default)
- Ai Overclocking is on AUTO by default if I wont OC should I put it on Standart?
- What about PCIE is on AUTO
- DRAM Frequency I put it on DDR2-800MHz since I read somewhere this MoBo sometimes gets conflict when it is in auto
-DRAM Timing Control wason AUTO, I put manual with Spec of OCZ Memory 5.6.6.18 the rest on AUTO because I do not know where to get the Brand Spec for this model.
-CPU Spread Spectrum is on AUTO by default should I leave there.
-PCIE Spread Spectrum is on AUTO by default should I leave there.

The rest that is on the manual or do not show in the BIOS the option or it's on AUTO for example all voltage because I do not want to take any risk to damage my MoBo o CPU.

Just for Info: When I could run it with XP for few hours CPU Temp was the highest 45 and MoBo 35 and I never use heavy programs during this time.

Thank you in advance to anyone who has this exact MoBo model and reply.
